Exhibitor Information-
Key Dates in Contract: Refer to your signed contract for more in-depth information.
- Booths will NOT be held without a full, signed contract and full payment by the due date of June 30, 2023.
- 8' x 10' booths are $750 through June 30, 2023. After that date, prices increase to $800. (Excluding new
members that join after June 30, 2023) - VIP 10' x 10' booths are $1000 through June 30, 2023. After that date, prices increase to $1100 (Excluding
new members that join after June 30, 2023, or current members on the VIP waiting list.) - Booths are assigned by an in-person lottery held at the GDAA Event Center. Exhibitor’s unable to attend the
lottery will be assigned a booth location after the lottery.
BOOTH BASICS
- Booths are 8’x 10’ or a 10’x10’ exhibit space with pipe and drape
- Sign with Exhibitor’s company name and booth number
- One 6’ table and two chairs
- Wifi access
- Drink tickets
- Carpet, additional tables, and chairs, table coverings are available at Exhibitor cost through Trade Show Services only.
BOOTH SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
- Set up is 11:00am and must be completed by 3:00pm
- Tear down is from 7:00pm and must be completed by 9:00pm on the event date only.
EARLY REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS/BOOTHS NOT ALLOWED
Do not pack, removed, or dismantle exhibits/booth prior to the closing of the Show (7:00pm) without written permission from GDAA.
CREATE EXCITEMENT AT YOUR BOOTH
The most creatively designed trade show booths are normally the ones that are the most popular. Make a lasting impression on your visitors!
- Create a booth that stands out by decorating to the Hollywood Nights theme!
- Make it interactive. Attendees love to participate in trade show games.
- Be a Sponsor!
ALCOHOL POLICY
Sinclair Conference Center (Licensee) does not accept or permit the serving of alcoholic beverages provided by anyone other than Licensee. Exhibitors may not furnish its own alcoholic beverages. Alcohol, other than that served by Licensee, is subject to confiscation and guests violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises
ADMISSION POLICY FOR TRADE SHOW
It has been determined that for the significant investment in the booth space to be of the highest value and integrity to the exhibitors, Supplier Partner Members, their employees, and staff, who are not otherwise exhibiting at the Trade Show, will not be admitted onto the trade show floor nor attend as a guest of any Primary or Supplier Partner GDAA Member. Let us know if you see anyone violating this policy.
PRIZE GIVEAWAYS
Prize giveaways from your booth are encouraged. We will announce a maximum of two from your booth however, you are welcome to give away as many as you would like.
BOOTH JUDGING AND AWARDS
Booth judging will start at 3:00pm. Best Overall, Best of Theme, Best Display of Product, Best Rookie Booth. The People’s Choice Award is voted on by the attendees on a special ballot. The winners will be announced at the end of the show.
