The Greater Dayton Apartment Association is a trade organization for companies that own and manage apartment communities and companies that provide products or services to the apartment industry. GDAA currently represents over 140 Supplier Partners and over 45,000 apartment units in the Greater Dayton area.

3-for-1 Membership
When you become a member of the Greater Dayton Apartment Association (GDAA) you get three memberships in one: the GDAA, The Ohio Apartment Association (OAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). GDAA is the local affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), representing more than 10 million apartment homes globally. By joining GDAA, you automatically become a member of the National Apartment Association and the Ohio Apartment Association and we pay your dues for you!

GDAA Rent Foundation

GDAA offers a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities, including website exposure, throughout the year that will maximize your company's presence within the association and the industry.
membership Directory
All GDAA members are listed in our Membership Directory on our website with basic information. Our Primary members utilize this when in search of a particular product or service. In addition to the online directory on our website, we mail out a printed directory each year. There are several ways to upgrade your online Membership Directory listing to include your company's logo, featured information, additional contact links, and featured placement on the search page. Membership Lists
A benefit of being a Supplier Partner is the ability to request a list of our Apartment Community and Property Management members for your marketing needs once a year. You can request a spreadsheet that includes the community name, full address, and unit count.
Other opportunities
Market brand exposure is important to highlight services and benefits to your desired target audience. In addition to the annual Trade Show and the Mini Trade show, you can set up a tabletop display at a GDAA General Meeting. Contact the GDAA office for more details.
Affiliate
Affiliate Group memberships shall be available to any recognized organization, association, or group that has an interest in housing or community association that represents owners of condominiums. Membership is granted in the name of the organization, association, or group, not the management company if there is one. Educational programs will be made available to Affiliate members for which officers
and/or board members of the Affiliate member group will pay member fees, all others within the Affiliate member group will pay non-member fees.
