Supplier Partner Membership
To initiate your application, please click the button below. Once we have received your completed application and membership dues, we will review and welcome you as a new member. Application fee and dues are required at the time of application submission.
2025 Dues structure:
$465.00 per year.
One time Application fee of $30.00, and dues are required at the time of application submission.
All GDAA memberships follow the calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). All memberships expire on December 31st, regardless of when you join. If you join anytime between February - November you will pay the full 12-month dues price upon applying for membership. Come renewal on January 1st the following year, your invoice will be pro-rated for the amount of time you were a member during your first year of membership.

Member Compass
The GDAA website has a Member Compass allowing members to register for classes and events, preview their membership portal, invoice and payment status, and connect with other members. The goal is to help you and your company get more out of your membership with GDAA.
3-for-1 Membership
Membership with GDAA affiliates you with the National Apartment Association(NAA) and the Ohio Apartment Association(OAA). Through these affiliations, we seek to protect your interests on a national, state, and local level. As a united voice of apartment owners, managers, and suppliers, we exert maximum effort toward our common purpose. We pay your state and national dues for you!
Networking Opportunities & signature Events
GDAA has Signature Events that provide networking with industry professionals and create valuable new business alliances. These annual events are a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals within the industry, share ideas, and build new relationships. The events are open to all member employees and require you to register on our website on the event page before attending.

COMMITTEES
One of the best ways to get involved with GDAA is through committee participation. You will get to know the people who are already deeply involved with the association. All GDAA members are listed in our Membership Directory on our website with basic information. Our Primary members utilize this when in search of a particular product or service. Supplier members utilize the directory to upgrade their online Membership Directory listing to include company logo, featured information, additional contact links, and featured placement on the search page. Advertising & Sponsorship opportunities
GDAA offers a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities, including website exposure, throughout the year that will maximize your company's presence within the association and the industry.
Membership Lists
A benefit of being a Supplier Partner is the ability to request a list of our Apartment Community and Property Management members for your marketing needs once a year. You can request a spreadsheet that includes the community name, full address, and unit count.
tABLE TOP dISPLAY
Market brand exposure is important to highlight services and benefits to your desired target audience. In addition to the annual Trade Show and the Mini Trade show, you can set up a table top display at a GDAA General Meeting. Contact the GDAA office for more details.
GDAA Rent Foundation
The GDAA Rent Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 charitable organization. The Foundation provides rental assistance to member residents that are unable to pay their rent due to illness, family tragedy, or unfortunate circumstances, in some cases preventing homelessness. Funding comes only from donations and fundraisers. Click here for additional information on the GDAA Rent Foundation.
In addition, all members can take advantage of Group Workers’ Compensation Program, and NAA's health insurance.
