Be Counted Ohio

The U.S. Census Bureau will soon be updating the official list of 2020 Census supporting businesses and they would like to add you to that list!  Any business that would share the importance of the 2020 Census online, in a meeting, or display a printed flyer can be a 2020 Census Partner. Send your property name to carie.l.schultz@2020census.gov if you would like to be listed as a 2020 Census Partner.

Census Partners are vital to ensuring a complete and accurate count. As a trusted voice in your communities, you play a key role in raising awareness that the 2020 Census is easy, safe, and important.

The data collected from the 2020 Census will be used to plan and prepare for daily-life and emergencies for the next ten years. An undercount could mean that our community will not receive a fair share of funding for programs such as Medicare, SNAP, WIC, school lunches, libraries, medical services such as first-responders, senior services, and so much more.
 
More than 50% of the country has responded to the 2020 Census. The goal is a census response of 85% or higher for each county, city, and town. This response data is updated daily at www.2020census.gov/response-rates.
