Ann Kesmodel joined Denizen Management, in QUE Training and Development . She began her career as a leasing consultant for a 770 unit apartment community in Indianapolis, IN.   Ann continued her career at various property management companies where she held progressive management positions. She also has worked as a Training Specialist for various organizations in Leadership & Development. Ann has her CPM® and is an Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
