Reputation Management is essential in property management, directly impacting resident retention, occupancy rates, and property value.

In today’s digital world, online reviews and ratings shape renters' decisions. A strong reputation builds trust, attracts quality tenants, and reduces vacancies, while a poor reputation deters renters and affects profitability.

This course equips on-site teams with the skills to manage online reviews, social media, resident retention, and tough conversations effectively. By the end, participants will confidently handle challenges, build positive resident relationships, and enhance their property’s standing in a competitive market.

The Briefcase Series is geared toward the Administrative Team (Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing, District) Each class will focus on a hard skill (Excel, Word, etc.) or soft skill (people skills, interpersonal skills, etc.)

EVERY CLASS WILL COME WITH A “TOOL”.
ATTEND 5 OF THE 6 CLASSES AND RECEIVE A BRIEFCASE!
