Hands-on Low Voltage Electrical Workshop
This course teaches both the fundamental and advanced skills of troubleshooting residential HVAC electrical system problems. Technicians learn and practice proven diagnostic techniques that they can apply immediately on the job. The goal is to provide attendees with both the skills and confidence to tackle any electrical system malfunction.
Prerequisite: EPA608 Type II or Universal Certification + 1-year hands-on HVAC experience.
Students will be building a working simulator they can keep.
Please bring a cordless drill with bits, volt meter, wire strippers and crimpers, screw and nut drivers.
