Kurt Shoemaker:
Kurt Shoemaker is a Senior Vice President and co-team lead with the Cincinnati Multifamily team. In this role, Mr. Shoemaker focuses exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties throughout the Central Midwest and Kentucky. He has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 12 years and has sold over 25,000 units, aggregating over $2 billion.
Kurt has a business finance real estate degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the GCNKAA and GDAA and on the Ambassador Board at Best Point, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping vulnerable children and families through comprehensive education, behavioral, and health services.
