Program Specifics
CAM consists of eight courses that can be completed in full or as stand-alone.
Requirements for the achievement of the CAM credential include:
a. One year of experience in the apartment industry
b. Completion of eight courses
c. Passing grade on the CAM exam
e. Completion of all components within a six-month candidacy period
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- Meet all examination standards within 12 months of declaring candidacy
