Professional Bio
Christie Rogers key responsibilities include designing and implementing programs for the training of all property management staff. She trains new property management employees on company policies and procedures, develops external audit procedures, and performs property audits. She also coordinates industry training for our Team through a variety of sources. As Director of Business Systems, Christie oversees the setup and performance of the daily operations of the property management software and provides detailed training and support for all aspects of the software. Her role as Director of Marketing encompasses the creation and/or coordination of content and brand management, including social media. She is an award-winning manager receiving numerous sales and financial acknowledgements including Property Manager of the Year honors through individual companies and The Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. Christie has 38 years of Property Management experience. She currently holds The Certified Apartment Manager designation (CAM) and many industry certifications and educational achievements.
